Hello my sleeping friends!
You’re sleeping through the two witnesses, and you don’t even realise it. They’re right in front of you, yet you haven’t seen them.
These aren’t just two literal witnesses. In Revelation 11:4 they are two olive trees and two lampstands — but olive trees aren’t lampstands — so already we have four witnesses.
In fact, the two witnesses represent a repeating pattern. I’ll show you two examples of the two witnesses, but they aren’t the only ones God is, or will be, sending.
Both of these examples are in the context of “earth” (recall Deuteronomy 30:19: “I call heaven and earth as witnesses”), implying there are also heavenly witnesses. I don’t claim to have all the answers about them, but I’ll share what I know about the earthly witnesses.
Two Earthly Witnesses — Political
The first witness is the nation of Israel itself. Its testimony began with the horrific events of October 7, 2023. Exactly 1,260 days later is March 20, 2027 — the spring equinox, a date symbolising new beginnings. The following 3½ days lead to the end of March 23, 2027, coinciding with Purim, a feast where people rejoice and exchange gifts — perfectly aligning with the same event in Revelation 11.
Esther 9:19Therefore the Jews of the villages who dwelt in the unwalled towns celebrated the fourteenth day of the month of Adar with gladness and feasting, as a holiday, and for sending presents to one another.
Revelation 11:10And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.
The other witness in this context is the USA, Israel’s closest ally — labeled the “great Satan” alongside Israel’s “little Satan” by one of the world’s most evil regimes. To discern who is for or against God, look at their enemies, for a house divided cannot stand. In the last days, there are no fence-sitters: if you’re not for God, you’re against Him; if you’re not against Him, you’re for Him.
Another axiom to remember: by their fruits, you will know them. We’re not saying Israel or the USA are perfect. The two witnesses are clothed in sackcloth — representing bodies of flesh — stained with sin and human weaknesses that are common to all. We shouldn’t expect perfection from them.
As of now, only 558 days of Israel’s witness remain. Yet, so-called prophets are fixated on rebuilt temples, animal sacrifices, and other nonsense. But God does not dwell in temples made by human hands; He dwells in the temple of the human body.
Two Earthly Witnesses — Individual
There are also two witnesses in the USA: Donald Trump (representing the law) and Elon Musk (representing the prophets), two of the most hated men on the planet. But consider who hates them! If the evil world despises them, they are not of that evil world.
Elijah called down fire from heaven; so did Elon — and notice both names begin with ‘El,’ the Hebrew word for God. But don’t confuse him with the beast from the earth in Revelation 13. That is an evil counterpart, a mirror image necessary for balance, but not the same.
Again, look at who the world loves and who it hates, and the picture becomes clear. It’s not rocket science — we’ll leave that to Elon!
Trump has won two terms. When Israel was to move out, two “trumps” were sounded: one to prepare, the other to go. Trump’s non-consecutive terms are similar. The first a warning to get ready, the second announcing it’s time. Together they span the final ten years of the age — the “ten days” of Revelation 2:10 — from 2017 to 2027.
Folks, nearly all the prophesied events have come and gone — and you’ve slept through them! But the devil hasn’t. He knows his time is short, which is why he’s frantically playing every card at once. That’s why the world feels so chaotic and divided right now. Be patient a little longer — it will soon be over.
But don’t keep sleeping on this — or you’re bound to receive a nasty awakening!
Four Countdowns to the End
In this section, I’ll summarise four other distinct countdowns (in addition to the 1,260-day countdown) spanning 969 years, 483 years, 120 years, and sixty-nine years. These are all based on historical, verifiable events tied directly to biblical prophecies, pointing to this final ten-year period: two countdowns to its start (2017), one to its mid-point (2022), and one to its end (2027).
The first countdown to 2017 began in 1534 with the decree of Suleiman the Magnificent to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, fulfilling the prophecy of Daniel 9. While the exact date of the decree is unknown, a plaque from 1537 shows that construction was already well underway by that time, suggesting that work likely commenced in 1535 or 1536, with the decree issued even earlier. Sixty-nine weeks of years — 483 years in total — from 1534 brings us to 2017.
A second countdown to this date from the same prophecy is the sixty-nine years from the establishment of the nation of Israel in 1948. See our article The 70 Weeks of Daniel Are Almost Over for further details on both these countdowns.
The third countdown began in 1053. Counting 969 years from that year — based on the lifespan of Methuselah — brings us to 2022, a year marked by unprecedented worldwide flooding. Why 1053? See When the Tide Turned for many historical confirmations — and one quite bizarre one!
The fourth countdown is the 120-year countdown, also tracing back to the days of Noah (Genesis 6:3). We identified 1907 as the starting year, which leads to the final year in our timeline — 2027. For the reasoning behind this choice, see It’s Time You Sleeping Virgins Woke Up!
For more insight into what has occurred in the years since 2017, including the great tribulation, the abomination of desolation, the mark of the beast, and the 2,300 days it would take to cleanse the sanctuary — which, incidentally, concludes on Hanukkah 2026, the Feast of Dedication of the Temple — see our article Solving the Rapture Timing Puzzle.
As the last of these countdowns approaches its conclusion, the signs of the age are unmistakable. We stand at the threshold of a pivotal moment, where history and prophecy align in ways that demand our attention. The question is no longer if these prophecies will reach their fulfilment, but how will we respond in these final few seconds.
